Great rooftop view and comfy beds, but the wi-fi was spotty during my stay.

The standard family room offered generous space for our kids, allowing them to move around freely. A decent pool provided a welcome retreat from the heat after exploring.

Unfortunately, the doors in our section creaked annoyingly, making it hard to close them quietly—the kind of thing that could spring you out of your sleep. Soundproofing lacks severely. it felt like we could hear every whisper in the hallway, including employees chatting late at night. Additionally, there was a noticeable moldy smell throughout the hotel, likely from neglected AC filters, which detracted from the overall comfort.

would like to go back there again

Fabulous place! The clean, modern Classic Double Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options every day. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The solarium was a great spot to relax, too.

Poor window insulation led to noise disturbance!!! Inadequate hot water availability in a four-star establishment!!! It’s embarrassing to not provide even a bottle of water in an area with questionable drinking water!!!

The area around this hotel is fantastic, with Playa De Bocagrande just a few steps away for beach relaxation and Parque Flanagan nearby for a leisurely stroll, making it perfect for anyone who loves walking around cities and soaking in local vibes. the friendly staff and clean rooms really added to the enjoyable experience.
